Ball State added a QB to its 2021 class this week as Colin Blazek out of Venice, Fla. made the decision to commit to the Cardinals. Other than that, not a lot of action as we inch closer to National Signing Day.

Recruiting Battle to Watch

In this week’s Recruiting Battle, we’re setting our sights on the defensive backfield as a Michigan corner holds offers from half of the MAC. Jaris McIntosh, cornerback out of Lakeview, Mich., currently holds seven offers, including ones from Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, CMU, EMU, and Toledo.

As you can see on his Hudl film below, McIntosh possesses a lot of traits that coaches look for in a CB. He’s long, athletic, has good ball skills, and has good change of direction for someone with his size. He’ll be asked to do more in college, but he certainly has the physical tools at the next level.

Fire Recruiting Graphic of the Week

For this week’s Graphic of the Week, Buffalo has another solid entry that’s simple, but elegant. It gets the intended message across and doesn’t have too much going on in the background, making this a pretty strong graphic. As always, feel free to submit nominees for Graphic of the Week to @MAC__Crootin.
